   Predicted customer site vehicle performance and productivity for electrified OHT (775) and LMT (793) machines by executing high fidelity 1D simulations• Performed drag sled and stall test correlation, leveraging predictive models to close inverter thermal data gaps and confirm motor torque speed characteristics under load to define powertrain derating logic• Conducted BTMS sizing for several battery chemistries, ensuring optimal thermal performance and safety over the life of operation on rigorous mining test cycles• Performed a DOE to evaluate the impact of empty vs. loaded mass on battery SOC sustainability for a 775BEM prototype • Achieved robust model correlation for 775TB2.0 by validating battery, traction motor, cable, and inverter components, enhancing simulation accuracy for system-level analysis• Analyzed 798 LMT drive cycles motor thermal behavior to diagnose field issues and support corrective actions• Performed detailed performance and motor thermal analysis for the hybrid cementing trailer, characterizing heat rejection paths to oil and WEG to define cooling system requirements
