   My main focus is to assist with a broad range of international planning and compliance matters. This includes international modeling and compliance, earnings and profit studies, outbound/inbound tax, Subpart F, GILTI, Foreign exchange, and repatriation planning. 962 Planning, CFC determinations and implication of section 958(b)(4) and calculation of foreign tax credits. I also work with family offices, tax-exempt organizations, and Private equity firms assisting with analyzing expanding global operations as well as their foreign reporting requirements. In addition, I am responsible for building global teams and leading the coordination of international tax compliance training resources and deployment strategy within the Americas ITTS group and Global Delivery Services in India and Argentina for EY. I am also one of the authors of BNA 6840 Portfolio on Reporting Requirements Under the Code for International Transactions and Foreign Assets.
