I’m a Performance Analyst with over 16 years of experience supporting delivery across energy, public sector, film and television production, finance operations, retail, software, and commercial environments.I currently work at National Grid as a Performance Analyst, where I support operational decision-making through performance tracking, data validation, and insight. I’m developing my reporting capability while building a strong understanding of operational metrics, systems, and how performance information is used in practice.My background combines analytical work with hands-on operational experience. I’ve supported performance reporting inputs, project coordination, contract administration, and finance operations, including invoicing, re-invoicing, credit notes, POD management, credit checks, and credit limit reviews. I’ve worked extensively with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, where data accuracy, controls, and audit readiness are critical.I’ve worked in both highly regulated organisations and fast-paced environments such as film and television production, where deadlines, budgets, and coordination across multiple stakeholders must be tightly managed. Earlier in my career, I held senior sales and supervisory roles and regularly ran shop floors independently, building strong commercial awareness, leadership capability, and confidence in decision-making under pressure.I’m known for bringing structure, clarity, and calm to complex work.
