As a counselling psychologist, I support people living with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, stress, grief, PTSD, trauma, depression, psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I have over 8 years of experience in this field, and I am a certified clinical counsellor from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My work focuses on behavior, perception, and beliefs, and I use a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I am trained in cognitive behaviour therapy, EFT, EFIT, EFFT, psychotherapy and client-centered (Rogerian Approach) counselling. I have worked actively with caregivers to provide psycho-education and counseling based on their needs.
