I started my career interning with two distinguished advocates: Advocate Shashikant Chandak, where I gained hands-on experience by visiting courts and police stations daily, conducting research, and drafting legal documents. Advocate Cristina Carlos, where I focused on testamentary matters, further honing my expertise in a specialized area of law. Following this, I joined Bharucha & Partners as a Legal Intern in the Banking and Finance Team, where I conducted in-depth research on various aspects of banking and finance. My journey then led me to Sama as a Case Manager, where I leveraged mediation techniques to resolve disputes amicably. In 2023, I transitioned into corporate roles to broaden my exposure: At ISS Facility Services India Private Limited, I worked on commercial contracts, litigation, and secretarial practices, deepening my understanding of corporate legal frameworks. At Gurparvin Advisors Private Limited (GMoney Private Limited), as a Legal Associate, I took charge of the Litigation Department. Handling cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. I had visited various Police Stations and Hospitals, I successfully facilitated an outstanding recovery of ₹20 lakhs within six months. I have also reviewed NDA\'s and Various Contracts. I am currently employed as a Legal Executive at Baggit, where I have gained substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of agreements, including Leave and License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Franchise Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Purchase and Supply Agreements, and Loan Agreements. I have also been involved in the preparation of Board Resolutions, Authority Letters, and Lease Termination Notices. In addition, I have handled the registration of various licenses such as Trade Licenses and Shop & Establishment Licenses. My role has further included contract negotiations with prominent companies like Zepto, Zomato, and Amazon and many other Landlords, Distributors and Franchisees. I have also issued legal notices to franchisees who have defaulted on their payments.
