Salience foundation is a non-profit organization founded in the March, 2022 with the vision of promoting Sports, Craft and Cultural art. Objectives: • To promote arts, craft and sports culture among youths and empower them with various activities, while assisting, the use of various technological tools to enhance skills and others necessary activities for upliftment of their livelihood & socioeconomic rank. Project & Activity: • In order to nurture and promote the sporting talent of young Girls in rural areas, The Salience Foundation in association with the Sonnet Cricket Club, providing training of cricket to 50 young talent women from rural areas by selecting them through open trial process where more than 100 young girls from diverse community has been participated. •In our quest to discover and nurture budding football talent across the region, we organized a football tournament as part of our selection process. This initiative aimed to identify and support promising young footballers. As a result, we have selected 22 talented young players our football academy, Salience football club. They are currently undergoing comprehensive training programs meticulously designed to enhance their skills, deepen their tactical understanding, and improve their physical fitness. It is worth noting that 96 football enthusiasts from the local village community actively took part in this selection process. • With the shared Goal of India Khelo Football (IKF) to design and provide opportunities for talented Indian Youth footballer to experience football at a developed grassroot level that support their dream of playing professionally overseas. As the regional execution partner(REP) of IKF Ranchi city football trials has successfully conducted session 3 football trial at “Birsa Munda Athletic Stadium Khelgaon, Ranchi” on November 26th and 27th, 2023. The event saw the registration and participation of 556 young footballers (boys and girls) from various regions of Jharkhand.
