   Key Deliverables : • Maintain Vehicle CAD hygiene and create different variant of vehicle using Creo 9.0, NX and Teamcenter• Establish robust DMU checking process as design verification of concept parts on vehicle level to confirm its form, fit and function• Participate in benchmarking activities, measurements of parts design to create its 3D data and propose it to a team• Prepare change content report, BOM comparison reports, reports for greasing points on vehicle to support production team. Change content report contains different variant of vehicle like 2WD vs 4WD, Synchromesh vs Constant mesh, IPTO vs Non-IPTO, Standard variant vs Narrow track, differenttire sizes• Co-ordination and track proto vehicles assembly status and issues from protoshop• Design of seal installation tool to support protoshop team for trials• Prepare retrofit concepts to mount electronics devices like switches telematics etc.These retrofits are sheet metal bracket parts, hardware, plastic parts and tubing• Prepare concepts for other aggregate teams to create CAD design of ducts, air cleaner mountings, routings for pipes and tubes• Support other aggregate team for CAD and drafting work. e.g. Assembly drawing generation, CAD models update, drawing updates and envelope generation for levers and tires using Creo
