I am Neelansh Saini, graduated from NITIE ( MBA - 2020 batch) & Delhi College of Engineering in Mechanical (B.Tech - 2015 batch), Below is the highlight of my work experience at Carrier, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls - Hitachi & ITC Limited & Total experience of 6 years in Supply Chain planning & Transformation, operations management. Currently, I am working with Carrier as Manager - Kinaxis Business Analyst & Transformation, responsible for deploying End to End demand & supply planning modules across 7 sites globally. I have worked with Schneider Electric as Manager in Demand & Supply Planning, handled Demand & Supply Planning for Home & Distribution Business unit (850 Cr) for India as well as End to End Supply Chain Planning Process improvement for IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa), SAM (South America) & EAJP (East Asia, Japan & Pacific) and currently working on Lead Time Analysis, Forecasting Models, Single Echelon Inventory Optimization (SEIO), Dynamic Large Order Quantity(LOQ), Sales order Priority, End to End Control Tower etc. I am well versed with R programming, Statistical modeling, minitab, Tableau, Kinaxis, SAP.
