CCPI compliance. Commercial checks & Audits CN/Sale returns, CCTV check, Duplicate bill, Bulk Billing, Silent hour billing, E-Com return and QC process compliance & Virtual transactions. Attending Weekly Business meet with operation Heads for highlighting Inventory hygiene related issues and Audits out come with exceptions and action recommendations. Misdemeanor activities investigations and recommendation for action based on criticalities of modus-operandi as per act of omission/commission established post investigations.
