I am currently working as a Data Engineer, where I design and implement efficient data models using Star and Snowflake schemas to improve storage efficiency and query performance. I develop and maintain scalable data pipelines by integrating Snowflake with cloud platforms like AWS S3 and orchestrating workflows using Control-M.I automate data ingestion using Snowpipe, reducing manual intervention and improving pipeline efficiency. I also work with Qlik Replicate to enable CDC-based replication, ingesting real-time data from on-premises systems such as Oracle and DB2 into Snowflake’s RAW, Mirror, and CT layers to support downstream analytics.My day-to-day responsibilities involve managing ETL workflows, scheduling and monitoring jobs, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our data systems.
