Own and drive business requirement workshops with client’s stakeholders; end to end delivery management till project go-live & warranty exit after hyper-care; coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource recruitment, management and forecasting; plan and execute client visits, host townhalls and fireside chat with clients; auditor for key retail accounts across Business Unit; single point of contact for project audit, risk and issue management; conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings; help prepare and execute transport list with Change Management and Basis teams to deliver:a. Large scale retail customer migrations to a live system & E2E SAP CRM customer mgmt.b. Rollout base Easier template in CRM for the British subsidiary.c. Onboard new banner of the subsidiaries across France, Poland, Romania, Ireland, Iberia (Spain & Portugal) into the client’s Easier solution.d. Integration with SAP and non-SAP systems via BODS & IIB.e. Design and implement GDPR solution.f. Implement Brexit solution & Bespoke functionalities.g. CRM support for Embrace migration of SAP systems from HEC to cloud platform.
