As an Oracle Functional Consultant at Prisio Technologies, I have worked on Oracle E-business suite (version 11i). Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables are amongst the mostly worked on Modules. Ongoing Projects includes - 1. Independently working on a Project, focused on Enhancing Oracle functionalities to meet Business needs. Assisting the team responsible for major upgrade project, transitioning from Oracle 11i to R12. Contributing to the team in Functional testing of migrated codes in various new environments while ensuring various configurations/setups in place. Part of the team conducting training sessions for Business users.Spent major part of my time at the company as part of dedicated team responsible for providing Critical Support to the business for Oracle EBS (version 11i), this includes - 1. Addressing day to day, month-end business issues. Diagnosing & providing solutions to the functional issues ensuring smooth business operations. Contributing to high level customer service through high level responsiveness. Delivering customized solutions tailored to specific business requirements. Build, Modify, customize Oracle reports as per requirements.I have honed a range of interpersonal skills during my tenure, a few of those includes - 1. Collaborating with cross functional teams, ensuring smooth and timely execution of tasks. Effectively Communicating business issues to technical team as well as technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders. Hands on to craft clear, and effective emails tailored to various audiences, ensuring the intended message is delivered appropriately. Adapted the environment quickly, coming from Accounting, Audit background, adapting the technical profile was a challenge in itself. Developed the ability to break down complex issues, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
