Devise technology solutions to deliver wholesale credit risk data analytics, data governance, data management projects for front office, Chief data office & risk business partners. Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to review key deliverables, risks, and issues on various projects.• Team Lead: Lead a team of onshore and offshore Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and BI developers. Expanded a team of 3 resources to 15 by sourcing and hiring new talent (onshore and offshore).
