ABOUT NEELABH BHARDWAJ
I am currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability Management at TERI School of Advanced Studies, with an academic foundation in Chemistry and Economics and practical experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, and impact assessment.I am currently working as an ESG Intern at DCM Shriram and have previously interned with IndiGo, where I contributed to GRI, BRSR and DJSI-aligned sustainability reporting, ESG benchmarking, and sustainability strategy support. My work focuses on strengthening disclosures, identifying performance gaps, and aligning sustainability initiatives with business priorities.My academic and project experience includes GHG accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), carbon intensity analysis, biodiversity impact assessment, and ESG–credit rating analysis, with exposure to Indian industry and policy contexts. I have also developed sustainability reports and sector-specific ESG roadmaps through academic and competitive projects.I have been recognized through multiple national-level policy and sustainability competitions, reflecting my interest in applying sustainability frameworks to real-world business and policy challenges.I am seeking opportunities in ESG, sustainability consulting, and corporate sustainability, where structured analysis supports long-term value creation.
