Oversees the daily supervision of Scheduling Coordinators.•Works with National Staffing Manager to implement monthly schedule for staffing coordinators.•Participate in the hiring process by interviewing for the various positions with the National Staffing Manager and making the final hiring decision as well.•Providing support in orientation and mentorship for newly hired Scheduling Coordinators.•Establish and develop strong working relationships with client’s scheduling team through networking and collaboration.•Making inbound and outbound calls to healthcare facilities and healthcare providers.•Schedule healthcare providers and confirm shifts via phone, text, email. Additionally, document and update staff availability. Reviews scheduled hours to check for overtime (OT) hours of healthcare providers.•Discuss the concerns for Attendance Review Management with Director of Client Services and creating strategies to resolve the issue.•Processing timecards for weekly payroll and respond daily to and assist with invoice inquiry resolution once concern generated by payroll department, healthcare provider, or facility.•Organizes and conducts orientation of new Scheduling Coordinators during the probationary period. •Conducts daily, weekly, monthly performance evaluations for Scheduling Coordinators.•Conduct weekly staffing meetings with Director, Recruiters, National Staffing Manager and Coordinators to ensure smooth operations and participate in weekly recruitment office meetings.
