This involves resolving customer complaints with effective solutions, collaborating with suppliers for quality assurance, and implementing process enhancements that reduce operational costs. My educational journey at Humber College in Project Management, currently underway, complements my role by providing me with advanced methodologies to optimize these processes further. My background in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, alongside a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, equips me with a unique perspective on streamlining operations. This holistic approach, combined with specialized skills in freight forwarding and air freight, empowers me to contribute to IKEA\'s commitment to sustainability and design excellence. The goal is to foster cross-functional communication and continually improve our customer experience through meticulous quality management.
