I am an enablement and communications leader with deep experience in internal communications, change communications, and business storytelling. I enjoy helping people make sense of change with clarity, confidence, and connection.Over the past 20 years, I’ve led communications strategy and execution for complex initiatives including platform transformations, organizational change, reductions in force, compensation and rewards programs, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across multiple industries.My work spans communications strategy and planning, employee and community engagement, and executive storytelling—blogs, vlogs, presentations, town halls, and leadership conferences—always grounded in clarity and purpose.I’m currently expanding my focus on AI-enabled change and adoption through Leveraging AI for Business Success at Emory University, strengthening my ability to align AI initiatives with business goals while preparing people for new ways of working.I leverage my gifts, experience, and expertise to help people navigate change, especially when the work is complex and impactful.Always interested in conversations about change, enablement, AI adoption, and how we prepare our teams for success.
