Assist with cell culture of glioblastoma cell lines and investigate the role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in cancer metastasis.2. Perform qPCR and Western blot experiments to analyze gene and protein expression under normoxic and hypoxic conditions.3. Analyze expression of genes including Sdc4, IL1a/b, HIF-1α, TNF-α, TGF-β, IL6, IL10, ARG1, and proteins such as CD81, CD73, HIF-1α, Sdc4, and β-actin.4. Support mouse colony management, including monitoring and coordinating the weaning of pups into experimental cages.5. Organized and maintained antibody inventories for Western blot and flow cytometry experiments to ensure efficient lab workflow.6. Tracked and documented laboratory supplies, identifying materials needed for procurement and helping maintain stock levels.
