My role extends beyond day-to-day BIM coordination to encompass the development and implementation of our company\'s digital strategy.Key Responsibilities:• Digital Strategy & BIM Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of the company\'s digital strategy, integrating BIM principles and workflows across all operations. Act as a key stakeholder in defining the digital future of the organization.• BSI ISO 19650 Compliance & Audit Management: Lead the company\'s efforts in achieving and maintaining BSI ISO 19650 certification. Responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing BIM processes and documentation to ensure full compliance.• Project BIM Coordination & Model Management: Drive BIM coordination activities throughout the project. This includes coordinating 3D models with designers and suppliers, conducting comprehensive clash detection, and managing the federated model as the Lead Appointed Party to ensure seamless information exchange and delivery to the client.• Tender & Bid Support: Actively contribute to tender submissions by preparing comprehensive BIM-related documentation, outlining our digital capabilities, and ensuring alignment with client BIM requirements.• Pre-BEP Development: Develop bespoke Pre-BIM Execution Plans (Pre-BEPs) tailored to client requirements, clearly defining project information needs and delivery strategies.• Client Engagement & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding BIM and digital delivery, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of digital strategies and progress.• Internal Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive BIM training programs for in-house teams, fostering a culture of digital proficiency and continuous improvement.• Digital Engineering Innovation: Champion innovation in digital engineering, researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to optimize workflows and enhance project outcomes.
