I am an HR professional with 2 decades of experience across varied roles in Human Resources function with hands experience in Policies & Processes, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. I have been fortunate to have worked with organizations across sectors – service, manufacturing, banking and internet. In this journey, I have worked with organizations at different points on their life cycle. I have been part of HR teams supporting - start-ups; rampant growth; mature & stable organization; managing – change; restructuring; redundancies, integration, winding down etc. This journey, full of rich experiences, has made me versatile – it has exposed me to manage ambiguity; it has made me very intuitive and perceptive, it has helped me to look at the big picture & conceptualize. This journey has exposed me to different cultures – I have worked with professionals across the globe – Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, UK and US. I believe that in an organization, HR plays multifaceted roles of - a strategic business partner, a catalyst for change and custodian of the organizational culture. Working with and reporting in to business directly has helped me to perform the business partner role even with more rigor. Working with and reporting in to expats in various roles at Delphi & HSBC has helped me to see beyond the obvious and grow as a professional. I have recently discovered my passion for Coaching. I am pleased to share that I am a ‘Certified Professional Coach’ in Coaching for Transformation from Leadership That Works. I have also been conferred with ‘Women Super Achiever Award’ by World HRD Congress in February 2017.
