Some of my key responsibilities included: overseeing event setup and front-facing presentation to meet client specifications, maintaining composure under pressure during fast-paced, high-stakes environments to ensure all expectations were met or exceeded, working closely within cross-functional teams whenever assistance was required, such as with the kitchen team, bar staff or event planners and ensuring needs of the customers were always the primary focus to create a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
