ABOUT NED FROST
Experience working from the basin- to pore-scale in domestic and international unconventional and conventional reservoirs. My professional experience is broadly centered in stratigraphy and structural geology with a strong emphasis on both rock-based (outcrop, core, thin section) and subsurface characterization (well log mapping, seismic interpretation, and geomodeling). I have worked in a broad range of settings from domestic E&P, international technical service and R&D, as well as industry-applied academic research. Throughout my career I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex geologic problems, and I have made a concerted effort to communicate the results of these projects through mentoring, internal training, industry meetings, and publication in peer-reviewed journals. I am always looking for new challenges to broaden myself as a petroleum geoscientist.
