   RTD Logistics a one-stop provider for courier, transportation, retail distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment services. RTD specializes in medical and biotech deliveries. As Financial Controller, my responsibilities include: cash management, AR, AP, reimbursable expenses, payments to independent contractors, payroll, maintenance of personnel files, administration of HR benefits, including health insurance and retirement funds, monthly reconciliations, general ledger and financial reports. I am in direct contact with our CPA and our bankers. I meet with the president and the COO regularly to discuss company matters and strategic planning. Some of my accomplishments at RTD are: Set up multiple classes in QuickBooks to track income and expenses by location. Adjusted the chart of accounts to match revenue and cost by department. Facilitated the opening of a corporate heallth plan, enrolled eligible employees, tracked eligibility for new hires. Set up PDF files of AP bills and vendor W9 forms, eliminating the need for paper files. Provided new hire package to new employees, set up personnel files, corrected Workers Comp classifications with the payroll company, Changed check deposit system from bank visits to desktop scanner to enhance security. Researched and completed application for new SIMPLE IRA plan. Software: QuickBooks Pro, CXT Courier Software
