I am passionate about using psychoanalysis to help others grow and change by discovering their unconscious. I enjoy working in a close relationship with clients to help them learn about themselves. I also provide skill based treatment to focus on changing problematic thoughts, feelings and behaviors using CBT. I believe that by changing unhelpful or negative thoughts, people can change how they feel which can influence how they behave.
