I\'ve been troubleshooting computers since Windows 95 and reimaging them since the first virus I caught off Napster. By 10, I was booting into \'Backtrack\', extracting Windows password hashes, and cracking them with rainbow tables because I wanted to use my mom\'s nicer computer. By 13 I had my own laptop and was dual-booting Ubuntu. No formal training, just decades of not being able to leave things alone.My professional career started after an IT certification showed me this could be a job. Since then, I\'ve supported technology operations across locations in retail, transportation, education, healthcare, restaurants, and manufacturing. I\'ve managed network refreshes involving Aruba, Meraki, and VeloCloud SD-WAN. I\'ve deployed POS systems, digital signage, payment terminals, VoIP infrastructure, and endpoint fleets. I\'ve overseen telephony accounts worth millions of dollars across AT & T, Verizon, and Rogers. I\'ve been the sole IT contact for five schools and the escalation point for airport deployments at JFK, LAX, O\'Hare, and more.I kept finding myself building tools to make the work faster. Chrome extensions that automated portal navigation and user provisioning. API scripts that batch-updated thousands of records. Excel systems that turned spreadsheets into one-click dashboards.
