   As President of the company, I master strong working knowledge of client’s SAP GUI or web-based system resulting in proper transition and training of end-users. As Senior Consultant, I manage implementation requirements such as vendor validation, understanding business processes to determine mapping needs for conversion, tax laws, material data integrity, conversion target dates, legacy system freeze dates. Additionally, I train clients on 1:1 basis or classroom setting on the proper utilization of the MM module procure to pay: Purchasing Info Records (PIR), Source Lists, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, Goods receipt, P2P reports, Workflow, Approval Workflow, BW Spend Analysis and Parked/blocked Invoice Resolution, Meter To Cash processes, MROs, BPEMs, I create new and update existing training materials, develop training materials and QRGs to address training gaps after evaluating the effectiveness of training, as well as proactively collaborate with various business areas (such as QM - Return PO) that are touch points of P2P related activities. In the area of Organizational Change Management and Leadership, I design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans, coordinate the change network responsible for communicating the change into the organization and spearhead stakeholder adoption to develop employees’ understanding and acceptance of change impact on roles. I participate in the learning process by developing, managing and evaluating end-user learning strategy and help transfer information to enable clients to sustain the SAP solution. I assess user readiness pre and post go-live to use SAP system and processes and guide communication teams and change agent networks, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations as required, create interactive tutorials, recordings, simulations using SAP Enable Now and Articulate Storyline.
