I am exceptionally proud of the fact that I have helped build 2 platforms from scratch into products which were successfully sold to industry leaders; I was the 1st employee of CrowdRise in 2010, which grew into a platform that has processed over a half-billion dollars in donations and counting. I believe in building great teams that treat each other with respect while driving the company mission, and I have been continually focused on hiring and retaining leaders and true collaborators.My career has been extremely rewarding thus far, and now that CrowdRise has successfully merged with GoFundMe, I am actively searching for a new challenge which will allow me to positively contribute to a purpose-focused team.    Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders from across the organization, I research and plan for some of NationBuilder\'s biggest upcoming engineering efforts. Combining customer feedback and business needs with the overall picture of engineering and the state of the technical platform, I evaluate, weigh, and present the available options (build vs. buy) along with recommendations. This process often includes discovering and learning new technologies, and putting together proofs of concept.
