Expert team leader and committed agilest for software and organizations, Mr. Smith creates team environments that rise to challenges, remain resilient in the fray, and celebrate their successes.Mr. Smith has led winning pursuits, capturing a $75M Fleet Advanced Platform Modernization contract under GSA Comet BPA. He has led winning Agile technical challenge proposals for DHS Flash ($100M+) and DHS ODDS ($18M) contracts. An experienced leader, Mr. Smith, created the Digital Service Innovation Center (DSIC) for SalientCRGT. The DSIC’s mission was both internal and customer digital transformation. In the DISC, Mr. Smith pioneered a delivery team preparation and education program called the Agile Readiness Center (ARC), equipping delivery teams with exposure to client tools and processes and ready to deliver to client needs from day one.Over the course of his career, Mr. Smith has launched 6 different companies, created a cell phone-based data service for a client in Africa, and served as a key advisor across healthcare, logistics, government, and education organizations. He is comfortable consulting on Cloud, Customer Experience (CX).
