ABOUT NEAL SUTTON
I’m lead Recruitment Partner at Teaching Personnel working directly with SEN Schools, Pupil Referral Units and Alternative Provisions in the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area. My role is to recruit Teachers and Support staff with specialist backgrounds on a high quality and quantity basis, to service the needs and wants of these schools on a day to day and long term basis. Within my current role, the aim is to maintain and progress growth year on year, and develop non using clients, whilst creating large depth within those that we already work with.Additionally with the way the education sector is developing, I work with securing MATs and Trust schools into Preferred agreements and master vendor agreements across the SEN location.On the side I write Thriller Novels starting with the Ted Chester series which you can find more information about at :
