I believe that positive and successful experiences in the workplace depend heavily on the relationships that will be build in that space. A workplace is made up of humans with diverse thoughts, ideas, and desires. Organizations will succeed when they understand how to help people to achieve their goals and ambitions.I studied as an undergraduate at Brigham Young University - Idaho, online, where I completed the requirements for a bachelor\'s degree in Applied Business Management. Earning a degree online came with the challenge of creating relationships with instructors and fellow classmates in a remote setting. This challenge was vital in preparing me for the workplace environment that we all find ourselves in today.While working on my undergraduate degree, I worked full-time as a corporate trainer at Deseret First Credit Union, where I learned valuable skills of leadership, influence, and project management, all while increasing my ability to create relationships and encourage employees to do their best. This experience started me on the journey that I\'m on now to become a Human Resources professional, with the next step being the Master of Human Resources program at Utah State University.
