Mr. McElveen is a Principal and Senior Consultant for Environmental Services in the Charlotte office of Terracon. Mr. McElveen’s experience includes Phase I and II site assessments; corrective action plan preparation, pilot studies, remedial system design and installation for soil and ground water remediation at industrial and petroleum facilities; risk based corrective action; RCRA, CERCLA (Federal and State); inactive hazardous waste sites; site assessment, sampling and analysis plans; RCRA closure and post closure care including RI/FS, sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), and Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs); methane migration assessment/control and capping systems for solid waste facilities; storm water permitting; storm water pollution prevention plans; SPCC plans; air permitting including Title V permitting and modeling and emissions estimation; comprehensive site assessments and UST closure associated with petroleum sites; hazardous waste and waste stream identification and characterization.
