I am the founder and CEO of Histologics LLC, a company that develops medical devices that aim to provide compassionate minimally invasive tissue sampling in Gynecologic colposcopic procedures, wound diagnostics, and hygiene/debridement procedures to save lives worldwide. I am also a founder of Bright Innovations and Healoe LLC, that focuses on medical device development and consulting. I have been involved in the creation and management of several other companies and organizations, such as The Trylon Corporation, a medical device design and manufacturing company, and the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, where I served as an elected member of the board of directors. I have multiple skills in process improvement, public health, and medical research and education. I have been board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1988. With over 35 years of medical and surgical work experience, I am Partner Emeritus” physician lead and investigator at Kaiser Permanente, where I strive to improve patient care, safety, and affordability through refining the electronic medical record (EMR) system. As an expert in women\'s health policy and management, I serve on the editorial board of the American Society of Colposcopy Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease and served was a contributing editor for OBG Management. I am also a Clinical Professor at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, where I educate and mentor students and residents in obstetrics and gynecology. My mission is to advance the field of women\'s health through research, innovation, and advocacy, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team while improving health outcomes….worldwide.
