Neal is Head of Deutsche Bank\'s Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) team in the Americas for the Private Bank. He manages a 25-person team that provides single- and multi-asset investment solutions for high/ultra high net worth clients. As head of the DB Private Bank Regional Investment Committee, Neal is responsible for development, approval, and implementation of both the Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocations within portfolios. Neal represents the discretionary investment business to a range of internal risk/control partners (2LoD and 3LoD), associated governing Boards across multiple legal entities, and external regulators (OCC, NY State). Most recently, he serves as a member of the both the Deutsche Bank Trust Company, National Association Board of Directors and on the Investment Committee of the Deutsche Bank Americas Pension Plan
