About Neal Eckel

A graduate of the University of Arizona and UA law school, Neal began practicing law in 1988. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of Business, Construction and Employment law. Neal has extensive experience in corporate formations, contract drafting and review, business and employment disputes, and all areas of the construction trade and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America as one of the top Construction Law and Litigation attorneys nationwide. Neal has been an attorney for the Arizona Construction Trades since 1998 and also serves on the Attorneys’ Council for the National Subcontractors Association. He is a past member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and has served as Chair of the Construction Law Section for Tucson. He has taught numerous seminars on construction contracts, Registrar of Contractors hearings, mechanic’s liens and business matters. Neal has long been active in the community, having served over 22 years on the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona Board of Directors, including four years as Chairman of the Board. He also serves on the Board of the City of Tucson Industrial Development Authority and the Reid Park Zoo Board of Directors.
