About Mark Neace

Hi, I’m Mark Neace, a Servant Leader who’s also a Content Marketing Strategist, Board Advisor, and a Video Director and Producer. And I have a passion for golf and sustainability. I‘m a native Texan, the son of 2 preachers and a saint of a mother. My biological father was in a tragic accident on his way to minister to a neighboring county, and then my Mom married another preacher that I only knew as Dad.They showed me servant leadership in action every single day. Although I strayed from those ideals during early adulthood, I was fortunate to have people that encouraged me to live them out through service over the past 15-20 years.Allow me to share with you a few of the causes that are dear to me.We were a Scouting family thanks to my son, now 22, who is an Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor. I served in multiple District leadership roles, facilitated leadership training at the Council level, and also recognized as Vigil Honor in the OA. The Scout Oath and Scout Law are a practical application of the principles of servant leadership. Scouting is a vehicle for developing the habit of serving others first.I have also been a member of the Rotary Club of Park Cities since 2014, serving on the Board of Directors as well as District leadership and training roles for 5 years. The motto of Rotary International is Service Above Self, and The Four Way Test is the ethical code that all Rotarians worldwide pledge to live by personally and in business. It embodies the principles of servant leadership with four simple questions.I’m also honored to serve on the Board of Directors of The Movie Institute, a 501(c)(3) youth development nonprofit organization that empowers young people with career development and positive character growth through media education, celebrating 25 years of serving youth in the DFW!This cause is particularly important to me with my background of 35 years in content production. It’s an opportunity to share my industry knowledge, content strategies and passion for servant leadership with the next generation of storytellers.What enables me to support these causes is creating strategic video assets for growth minded businesses and leaders so that they can build business value through improvements to operations, sales and marketing. I’m also currently accepting consulting and board advisory opportunities, and I’m available to speak to groups on servant leadership, content strategies, and industry trends.Let\'s connect with me let me know how I can serve you.
