Okakpu Consulting, a social enterprise that strengthens the social sector through strategy, fundraising systems, and organizational capacity building.With more than a decade of leadership, Ndidi has supported community-centered organizations in raising more than $45 million in four years while building the operational and governance infrastructure needed to thrive. Her work spans fundraising, strategic planning, donor development, board engagement, and organizational design. She partners with executive leaders, municipal agencies, and finance teams to scale their impact and manage multimillion dollar budgets with confidence.Ndidi’s foundation is in grassroots organizing and community development. Her expertise bridges nonprofit management, municipal collaboration, and social enterprise with a commitment to strengthening organizations that serve marginalized communities.Her leadership extends beyond consulting. She has directed operations for a major Chicago mayoral campaign and has represented the United States in global interfaith and civic spaces. Ndidi has presented internationally at the Parliament of the World’s Religions and the Focolare Movement and was featured in a U.S. State Department documentary on Muslims in America.She brings this blend of strategy, philanthropy, municipal partnership, and community-rooted leadership to every engagement, helping organizations move from vision to sustained excellence.
