ABOUT NDEYE DIARRA
I\'m a connector and builder who best operates at the intersection of sports, media, and technology in high-growth markets.My career has spanned three continents and two entrepreneurial ventures. I spent a decade designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies for governments and institutional investors, work that trained me to navigate complexity and manage high-stakes partnerships across cultures.That foundation led me to sports. As Director of Partnerships & Development at Silverbacks Holdings, I supported a portfolio spanning tech, sports, and entertainment across the MEA region. I then founded #AfricaScores to fill a structural gap: the right intelligence and connections to unlock capital in Africa\'s sports industry. Our flagship product, Stadium Circle, a networking app for sporting events, is being revamped for global launch.At Columbia Business School, I\'ve led research on sports across private equity, venture capital, and emerging leagues, and served as Co-President of the MBA Sports Business Alliance and Co-Chair of the Women\'s Sports Summit 2026.After business school, I\'m looking to create value through partnerships in high-growth sports segments, youth, women\'s, college, or the international expansion of sports IP, while continuing to build.
