I’m a design leader with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale digital products across identity, media, and government services. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, accessibility, and organizational transformation.At ID.me, I lead inclusive design initiatives that transform accessibility from a compliance requirement into a strategic capability that reduces risk, accelerates delivery, and drives measurable business outcomes. My work spans biometrics experiences, identity verification, design systems, and enterprise accessibility governance.Previously, I held senior design roles at Amazon Prime Video and the BBC, contributing to global platforms used by hundreds of millions of people, including the launch of Prime Video on Apple TV and large-scale connected TV ecosystems.As a deaf leader and accessibility advocate, I bring both lived experience and strategic perspective to building technology that works for everyone.Outside of work, I’m a three-time Deaflympian and former captain of the Great Britain football team, winning gold in Melbourne. I’m also the co-author of Proud to Be Deaf, written with my wife and daughter.I’m always interested in conversations about design leadership, accessibility innovation, and mission-driven product development.

   Principal UX and accessibility leader responsible for ID.me’s accessibility architecture and operating model, ensuring inclusive, compliant identity verification experiences at scale for 150M+ members and mission-critical public sector programs including IRS, VA, and SSA.I focus on transforming accessibility from a compliance requirement into a durable product capability by building systems across governance, education, design operations, and engineering that reduce risk, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.Built and scaled ID.me’s enterprise accessibility program, establishing governance, measurement, and accountability across Product, Design, and Engineering while embedding accessibility into the product lifecycle and design system foundations.Institutionalized organizational capability through mandatory role-based training for 823 employees, ongoing Office Hours, and cross-functional enablement programs that reduce key-person dependency and prevent late-stage remediation.Shifted accessibility left by integrating standards, checkpoints, and automation into design and development workflows, enabling teams to address accessibility requirements early and consistently.Own external conformance strategy in partnership with Level Access, including VPAT/ACR development, audits, and advisory services aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and evolving ADA Title II regulations.Advanced public-sector trust and industry leadership through thought leadership and speaking, including producing and moderating an accessibility panel at the ACT-IAC CX Summit and representing ID.me at CSUN ATC 2026 as a featured speaker while leading the company’s booth, research lab engagement, and accessibility recruitment presence.In parallel, I drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization, launching cross-functional enablement programs and applying AI-powered workflows that improve execution speed, knowledge sharing, and product quality.
