Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope / budget by developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress along with resource charge code entry/management Oversee onsite hardware/software installations containing multiple teams and perform post install checks to which extensive problem-solving skills are utilized Manage changes to the project scope, project timeline, and project costs using appropriate communication and techniques to effectively mitigate risks Provide extensive training for various groups including maintenance, finance, supervisory and IT personnel Manage a tracking system to create or assess tickets for development, bids and for resolving bugs/issues that affect multiple types of equipment and software Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manuals
