I am a passionate and experienced technical content creator, project manager, and trainer who builds solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) apps and services, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. I help organizations and individuals get the most out of M365 by providing guidance on administration, governance, and adoption.I have a diverse IT background in business analysis and systems administration across various industries. I have written seven books on M365 topics, including guides for M365 certification exams.
