During my time as a nuclear submarine officer I cultivated a balance of engineering subject matter expertise with strong interpersonal skills.    Direct functional and strategic management of three complimentary teams, whose cumulative efforts constitute the Execution of on-orbit imperatives:o Constellation Operations: Responsible for LEOP, anomaly response, routine maintenance, and metrics/KPI monitoring for optimization of satellite performance.o Mission Planning: Optimize tasking allocation across the satellite fleet to maximize total reward from the system. This includes considerations for: image collection, communications, calibration activities, orbital maintenance, power generation and other required on-orbit activities.o Flight Dynamics: Design and implementation of altitude maintenance algorithms and GUIs; collision avoidance logic; regulatory and vendor interface to ensure compliance with debris mitigation strategies; consideration for next-gen constellation automation improvements regarding orbital phasing
