Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for continuous learning and track record of improving lives of individuals with impaired communication by mobilizing care team resources and designing forward-thinking treatment plans and quality therapy solutions. Leverage expertise as case manager, advocate, industry leader, and trusted resource for care team, individuals, and families in virtual, school, and home environments and continuously deliver creative plans to drive change for individuals with developmental disabilities.As a compassionate, forward-thinking speech-language pathologist with deep experience in designing effective, customized treatment plans and delivering high-quality therapy solutions to meet the unique needs of children, and young adults, I have served as a trusted resource and advocate for promoting progress and education for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and overall clinical care teams. I am eager to showcase my leadership skills, passion for continuous learning and development, and diverse experience working with school districts, school district agencies, and early intervention agencies. A few of my notable accomplishments include:• Coordinated special education resources to prioritize, activate, and review new and existing Individualized education plans (IEPs) for New Jersey elementary school districts, serving populations as large as students.• Motivated cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive and effective care plans for students with developmental conditions, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, etc, that impede effective communication. • Educated families, care team members, and administrators on existing and emerging tools and techniques for advancing communication and social integration skills.Throughout my professional experiences, I have served as a self-directed collaborator with internal teams, families, and individuals with development disabilities to design creative and engaging care plans to improve outcomes and overall interactions. I am excited to demonstrate my strengths in evaluation and diagnoses, multi-disciplinary collaboration, family-centric planning, group facilitation, and peer team education.
