InvestAmerica is the foreign direct investment arm and official dba of Sequence Financial Specialists LLC, a U.S. FINRA-registered broker-dealer. We provide a suite of investment banking and capital markets services focused on EB-5 and select private investments, including offering structuring, EB-5 advisory, placement strategy, investor services, and Reg D/Reg S compliance support for issuers, regional centers, and project sponsors. Our capital markets team of registered representatives raises EB-5 capital globally through a diligence-driven, disclosure-forward process and standardized subscription workflows for U.S. and non-U.S. investors. Our platform has supported dozens of EB-5 offerings and facilitated capital formation in the hundreds of millions of dollars with an experienced team dedicated to investor protection and transparent communications.
The practice is led by founder Mike Xenick, Senior Managing Director and Principal of InvestAmerica, who has more than 30 years of experience as a registered securities professional and investment banker raising debt and equity for middle-market companies. He has led EB-5 advisory and support services since 2010 and remains active in the industry through IIUSA’s Leadership Circle and Membership and Investor Markets Committee.
