Providing expert leadership in Infrastructure Transition and Transformation with a focus on ITIL and leveraging Cloud As Programme Delivery Lead, I played a leading role across a diverse range of projects and supported a diverse client portfolio, engaged with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide robust and cost-effective solutions. During this time, I successfully led a data centre migration in New York supporting the global business and ensured delivery within scope, timescales and budget. Within this capacity, I was responsible for troubleshooting failing projects where agreed Business timelines were at risk and deliverables were not being managed in a structured fashion. Here I implemented organisational structure, managing 3rd Party providers and global resource teams to achieve success across Technical, Application and Migration workstreams. Moreover, I provided key support and guidance working with local small businesses to improve their understanding and response to the GDPR.
