ABOUT NANCY BOTILLER

As a transformational C-level executive, I have achieved notable success spearheading operational, financial, and IT initiatives driving turnaround and growth results for diverse organizations. A forward-looking, technology-savvy change leader, my forte is identifying improvement areas, redesigning operations, and implementing solutions to revitalize underperforming organizations, grow/scale operations, and deliver a world-class customer experience. Across my career, I have built high-caliber management teams and a network of high-profile business relationships. In May 2020 I joined Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Safety, a leader in public health protection, as its first COO. My initial focus has been developing a multi-pronged strategic plan for integrating three lines of business and catalyzing sustained growth and development for a 60-plus year old organization founded and led by clinical executives. Previously, I was the SVP of Customer Operations for ReedGroup, a global provider of absence management solutions. Over five years, I led change in a dynamic environment with multiple C-level leadership transitions and post-acquisition growth that tripled the footprint and quadrupled the workforce. I administered a $100 P&L and oversaw five executive-level direct reports as well as teams in India and the Philippines totaling 250 personnel. As EVP of Operations for Colorado Access, a nonprofit managed care firm, I introduced employee recognition programs key to earning a 2015 Best Places to Work rating. As COO for Nurse-Family Partnership, a community health program, I was integral in growing/scaling the organization in the U.S. and the U.K. My early career includes clinical roles and management positions with Kaiser Permanente, ultimately as Executive Director National Claims Service.I completed an Executive MBA with the University of North Carolina and I hold an MBA from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Business.
