ABOUT NICOLE BISSON
I have a mixed-bag of skills, experience, and interests: I have passion for understanding behaviour and user experience. I\'m lucky that I get to partner that with my love of communicating. I\'m easily engrossed in finding ways for content to connect with audiences- the research, idea generation, creative process, implementation, and analysis. Since embarking on my career, I’ve enjoyed opportunities to train/teach software and various administration tools. It\'s been an enlightening way to learn that I genuinely enjoy this part of the work I do- developing content with training purposes to hosting training sessions/followup with various audiences. My sense for operations and logistics has always been natural; applying it to marketing and communications has been both interesting and enlightening.
