   My law practice concentrates in intellectual property and business law. I work regularly with clients to protect and register their intellectual collateral, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and the monetization of those properties, and to help them resolve disputes through a mediation process, before they land themselves in a long, expensive and potentially crippling litigation process.I also design and deliver worldwide training for experienced and inexperienced inventors on the patenting process in the United States. I am admitted to practice before the New York courts, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York, the US Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Federal Circuit, the US Supreme Court, and the US Patent and Trademark Office.As an author, I write fiction and poetry. My current project is a collection of erasure poetry taken from selected US Supreme Court cases; I expect to have that Kindle-published by the end of this year.
