   Led multiple large workstreams (>10 contributors) to develop technologies, focusing on Interventional Oncology and Embolization, in collaboration with four sites on two continents (internal and external partners)• Brought one product to market (Obsidio) nine months after the device was 510(k) cleared• Organized, led, and analyzed three separate DOE campaigns; developed quantitative outputs to translate into informed decisions to set tolerances and specifications around products• Developed an array of test methods to translate bench testing to pre-clinical (in vivo) behavior, cross-correlating test methods in order to verify efficacy
