At the forefront of DCC Marketing, my role as Chief Commercial Officer leverages over three decades of expertise in commercial strategy and advocacy. Our team\'s focus is on expanding business and fostering industry partnerships, with a strategic emphasis on clean energy, transportation, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Previously, as Senior Vice President at The Lion Electric Co, I developed strategies that positioned us as leaders in the electric vehicle school bus market. My efforts in collaborating with policymakers have significantly influenced regulatory frameworks, supporting the transition to electric fleets. My work both operating large fleets (Ryder System, Inc.) and growing new fleet opportunities with the largest operator of school buses in the world (First Student, Inc.) This experience underscores my understanding of how critical external communications is to aligning operational goals with commercial growth.I lead communications efforts for an $800M public works project (Metro Gold Line) in Southern California that was delivered on-time and budget. While with the Los Angeles County MTA I worked to change behavior through community outreach around what was once the most dangerous light rail line in the country to the safest (Metro Blue Line) further fortifying my belief in sound communications practices delivery real-world and life-saving results.
