As a workshop facilitator for UCL’s Active Bystander Programme, I help empower students to challenge bullying, harassment, and misconduct, contributing to a safer and more inclusive campus environment. I deliver 75-minute workshops, both in-person and online, teaching bystander intervention strategies and encouraging open discussions on sensitive topics.In this role, I facilitate group conversations, answer questions, and ensure participants leave with practical skills to address problematic behaviours. I also collaborate with UCL departments to organise sessions and ensure that all students complete the required training. Through this program, I’ve played a key role in raising awareness and promoting respect within the UCL community.
